Law

The College of Law was originally established as the College of Law and Economics on March 1, 1978 and was reorganized on September 22.1979. The major purpose of the college is to help students acquire a sophisticated knowledge and practice of law and administration in preparation for a profession or for advanced study, and at the same time, to cultivate their personalities for the development of our nation. The distinguished faculty also exerts every effort to further research activities in the broader field of law and administration through various curricular programs. It has many special classes and lectures for the students preparing for the National Examination. Student welfare facilities are important. The Bakrimheon, which can house 54 students, has been founded where students study for the judiciary exam and other government exams. There is also a reading room for students, and a special room for female students has been set up. In addition, through internal and external scholarships, much aid has been given to students, and every effort is being made for student welfare. The College makes every effort to train leaders for tomorrow who are equipped not only with professional knowledge and theories, but also with the creative qualities and intellectual abilities to be members of a democratic and civilized society.
