Born in Korea, Professor Lee graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Economics
in 1989 from the University of Oregon, U.S.A. In 1990 he joined Kangwon
National University (KNU), Korea as a Full-time Lecturer, and became
a Professor in 2001. Professor Lee has been visiting a professor/scholar/fellow
at the University of Oregon, the University of Melbourne, Keio University,
the Bank of Korea, and United Nations Economic and Social Commission
for Asia and the Pacific. At present Professor Lee is a Director of
Asia-Pacific Cooperation Academy of Kangwon National University.

Mi-Hwa Shin
Ms. Shin received her B.A in International Trade and Business
at Kangwon National University (KNU) and is currently writing
her doctoral dissertation at the same school. She worked for
the Korea National Open University (KNOU) as an administration
assistant from 2004 until 2006.

Seok-Kyun Yoo
Mr. Yoo received his B.A in International Trade and Business at
Kangwon National University (KNU). He graduated an Economic and
Law Academy at Khabarovsk, Russia. He is currently a graduate
student of KNU.
