Kangwon National University is a national university with 60 years of tradition founded under the educational motto of “Sil-Sa-Gu-Si” (a Korean proverb meaning “to strive for pragmatism”). The Graduate School of Information Science & Public Administration is training talented individuals who would contribute to local and national development by producing graduates in the information industry administration field who are equipped with creativity and expertise through theoretical and practical research in fields related to information and administration and scientific and systematic education based on the aforementioned education ideology.
