Outlookie is a program that provides a platform for college students from all over the world to learn Korean culture (Samulnori, Fan Dance, Taekwondo Dance, Joseon Pop, K-POP Dance) in depth, and provides opportunities to share various values through performances and social services.

In addition, students who participated will be provided with various benefits as follows.
- An award from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the best performing member.
-Issuance of activity certificate
- Free participation in all programs linked to the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange.
- Certificates and prizes to the excellent members and excellent teams
- Support for Korean cultural exploration and inter-unit networking programs

Starting with the Opening ceremony in July, the program will be active until the end of November, and it will be held for about 80 foreign students attending domestic universities, and the educational venue will vary by event.
